Can I personalise my order?

Yes! Many of our products are made to order and can be personalised with your chosen letter, name, or colour. Simply select your options at checkout.

How long does production take?

For our made to order items, pease allow 2-3 working days for production before dispatch.

Do you offer UK delivery?

Yes, we ship across the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout.

What materials do you use?

Our 3D printed products, including our keyrings, are made using sustainable PLA filament — a plant-based, eco-friendly material.

Are your products durable?

Yes! PLA is lightweight yet strong, making it perfect for everyday use.

Returns & Issues

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and we'll get it sorted for you.

Do you accept returns?

As many of our products are personalised and made to order, we're unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
